After spending the bulk of my career on the civil engineering side of many aspects of land development - from raw land to the finished product - it was a natural progression for me to become a residential real estate Broker and REALTOR®.  That background provides me with a keen awareness and unique perspective over most other agents when assisting a buyer or seller.  As someone who was the former Managing Principal of a staff of 32 employees in a multi-million dollar company, my organizational and management skills along with my ability to work with people from all different backgrounds provides me with the tools I need to be an excellent representative for you. 

In addition, I am a very active participant in my continuing real estate education and take it seriously.  I do this so I am up to date on the ever changing aspects of the real estate business, thus enabling me to be an educated and effective advocate for you.

I approach my responsibilities as a real estate Broker the same way I approach any endeavor I embark upon; with vigor, enthusiasm and straightforwardness.  I am respectful of the fact that my client's time, along with others involved in a real estate transaction, is very valuable, thus I work accordingly.  I believe in keeping things out in front of everyone, being responsive, and not playing games.  The purchase, sale and/or lease of a home is one of the biggest decisions one is faced with in their life, and it should be handled accordingly.  As my client, I will be your advocate and will strive to perform my responsibilities with honesty and integrity, while keeping your interests in mind. 

On the personal side, I enjoy a long list of activities (when I can find the time to do them!) which include: Golf, fly fishing, kayaking, hiking, road and mountain biking, and swimming.  I also enjoy travel, reading, and solving Sudoku puzzles!  I am a big "foodie", and enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes and restaurants, both here at home and wherever I may visit. I am very active on Twitter, and you can find me there at the following url: http://twitter.com/GMOinAZ Feel free to check out my tweets!
